Printing Services at HCPL

In the Library

Print from a library computer

How To:

  1. Log into a library computer
  2. Open file you want to print
  3. Click “Print” or CTRL P
  4. Cost: $.25 per page.
  5. Go to library printing station to complete printing request

Please note that only black and white printing is available at our branches.

Mobile Printing

Print from your device, smartphone, ipad or computer to an HCPL location.

How To:

  1. Click library location below to print from anywhere.
  2. Cost: $.25 per page.

Contactless Printing

Request to print up to 20 black and white pages available for pick-up at an HCPL location.

How To:

  1. Create an email with the subject line YOUR FULL NAME/PICK-UP BRANCH
    ex. William Shakespeare/Aberdeen
  2. Include a brief description of the print job
    Ex. This flyer is for my daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
  3. Attach the document to the email. Please do not attach files larger than 30 GB.
  4. Send the email to print@hcplonline.org
  5. A "Ready for Pick-Up" email will be sent when the job is completed.
  6. Free for up to 20 pages.
