Humans are programmed to be active and awake while the sun is shining, and at home in bed when it is dark at night. Without enough sunlight exposure in the day, this can result in us feeling low, lethargic, and unproductive. Many people feel a little down during the winter when the sun is shining a little less. Whether you have SAD (seasonal affective disorder), or sit in a dark office cubicle, light therapy is an option to help.
